Great Earthquake Here at Parkvale School we just had a earthquake in all classrooms all around and we went outside to check all of the kids if they were here and safe so they checked and called out the names. Some kids were at home feeling sick and tired so they could not come to school sick but there was everyone there and we went back inside that was good I say to myself but I felt a bit well excited about it sort of but it is not a good thing too. So we went inside the classroom and we talked about the earthquake how it was well fun and it could've been dangerous for anyone at school so we sat down and Mr Severson talked so we were all glad wow what a great day.

Reflection for Camp

My goal for camp was...

To learn new things for example a kereru or a kiwi and challenge myself

I achieved this because...

The confidence course I achieved.

Something I was pleased with was…

What our team did helping each other and doing a fantastic job at cooking and what place we came.

They never ever let us down.

new animals that I have not seen before.

Doing kayaking and the confidence course.

I did not want to let my team down and come last or something.

1.Amazing race	because we got to win and do puzzles.
2.Kayaking	We kayaked around the lake.
3.confidence course	We had to do a flip if we wanted to.
4.Waterfalls	They were dripping down spitting at us and it was fun.
5.Onepoto caves	They looked cool and we got to see wetas above of us.

Imagine camping in a tent

Imagine Camping in a tent

That in a tent sleeping then all of a sudden...

Bang!!! thunder hitting the ground waking up with scares and fright feels like an earthquake hitting hard.

Then as I go back to sleep...

My dad sleeps into my tent snoring loud as.That I can not sleep.Then the thunder comes back and it

changes red. Thats weird.

Then it moves around in circles slithering like a snake.

It heads towards Tyrone my brother.He might even wake up and get scared and frightened by it and he just might get his mum.Then I think what is making that stuff as I circle around.I think and I’ve got it.But then it grew

Bigger, Bigger, Bigger, and Bigger!!!.also I had the answer then I said it was stormy Mountain.Then I went up there I saw a cold frozen Diamond.

Onepoto Caves

As We get our head torch we put our other stuff on. Then last thing we put on is our raincoat on. We go into the truck and Ben was rushing through then? ? ?

Smack! ! ! Ben shuts the door then mom drives off like a racing car

then we stop and wait for them. We go and race off again vroom! ! ! vroom! ! ! It was fun. We stopped at the onepoto caves they looked spooky and horrible and nasty gross but it was okay for me. Then in excitement I say Yeah! ! ! I shout to myself in a yep Ben and Tyrone heard me and I was a bit extremely too loud for them. We hop out of the truck and walk out.We saw the caves they looked awesome but it was pretty annoying having the rain dropping on us that was a disaster we waited to go and walk inside then we stayed in a line and went in to go inside the Onepoto caves we were excited to go in there was no noise except us making noise. We were going down it was slippery and muddy yuck. As I put on my torch I stop and take a look it looks like treasure I hope it was because I could've been rich I-I-I could not say a word of course.

Day One Kiwi Creche

This is my Day one Kiwi Creche writing ( I hope you comment please :) Kiwi creche When Mum goes driving on the road and we stop at the Kiwi creche and we see the people who look after Kiwis.They looked great and I wanted to be one too. We went inside the Kiwi creche and saw nothing inside it? ? ? It was empty full of nothing. Because I thought there were Kiwis in their but there were not a single one It was actually a trap for pests and I figured it out what it does I think I say to myself inside there.The pest opens the cage and the other side is closed then the other side is closed then It is trapped. Which is a great idea to trap pests.Then the lady said how knows about the Kiwis then we answered the questions. But we stopped about the Kiwis and the lady grabbed the box. I wondered what was inside there? ? ? Then the old lady opened the box and calmly grabbed it out. It was a kiwi.I was amazed by that then we got to pat it on the back it was hard but underneath it’s soft But the top was like fern. Then the soft must of been like a bed but I do not know I'm just guessing but it might feel like that. Then some of us wanted to go toilet ! ! ! It was Augustine and there in the bush we saw some more boxes with Kiwis inside them it was fun seeing one ahhh ! ! ! I say another relaxing day for me.

Sunday the 5th of May Dear diary

“As I walk past all the people feeling lonely all by myself with no one to play with.They do not let me play a game just being bullied and calling me a wimp and just a little ape.It’s like that I’m just not a big ape like the other rest just a small ape being bullied and called a wimp”.

Monday the 6th of May

“As I walked on the path way sad and lonely looking at the pathway with no friend.But then......

there was chuckle on the pathway.Then all of a sudden smack crack

they looked at each others eyes and willy said oh I’m very sorry about that

then the other ape said oh no I’m sorry about that no I was because I was looking at the pathway so I’m sorry said Willy.Well hello my name is Hugh Jape what is your name well my name is Willy well hello willy.So Willy and Hugh Jape sat on a set looking at the joggers running.then there was Buster Nose came to bully Willy but Hugh jape stood in front of him and Buster Nose was scared of him and went away”.

Tuesday the 7th of May Dear diary “So they decided that they should go to a park and play together.But then they were too noisy when Willy made him laugh to much but then.....

Hugh Jape stopped all of a sudden..... he saw a terrible creature it was a spider he was frightened of it then Willy helped Hugh Jape and put the spider away.So Willy and Hugh Jape said should we do this another time said Willy.Yes said Hugh Jape yes we should do it tomorrow.Then Hugh Jape went back home and so did Willy and had a lovely sleep having a friend”.
